language by someone who has apparently never encountered it before, and knows no English speakers, but has a dictionary.
(n.)2 an attempt by a marketing company to gain some 'cool' by using English words, but immediately losing it by
being too cheap to ask a passing native speaker if it makes the slightest sense.
